FIVE PERCENT OF CANDLE PROFITS GO TO PREGNANT WOMEN, BIRTH MOTHERS, CHILDREN OR SINGLE PARENTS IN NEED
From Buried to Redeemed: A Story of Faith, Healing, and Hope

Humble Beginnings
Taylor’s journey began in hardship — born into instability, poverty, and trauma. Her childhood was marked by inconsistent care and abuse. Taylor struggled to feel safe, seen, or loved.

Choosing Life in the Darkest Hour
At 15, after a series of heartbreaking experiences, low self-esteem and desperation for love, Taylor found herself pregnant. Against pressure to abort, she chose life. Although a difficult decision that led her into homelessness, dropping out of high-school, and suffering deep emotional pain, Taylor loved this child so deeply that any challenge that arose from choosing life was worth the hardship.
Taylor chose adoption for her child in hopes of giving her a better life than what she felt she could give after struggling to care for her child alone for months at 16. Not a day goes by that Taylor doesn't think of her first born.

Redemption Begins
Taylor got baptized, gave her life to God and pursued healing. She began rebuilding her life. She completed Job Corps and even joined the military before a medical condition ended that chapter. Still, she pressed on.
Taylor was able to achieve graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication and Accounting, while being a mother to two. Taylor was the first person in her family to complete a four-year education, many in her family didn't even finish high school.
Through seasons of single motherhood, divorce, and continued trials, Taylor kept choosing faith. God continued to surround her with support, including her now-husband Seth, a man of deep faith who embraced her story and became a partner in both life and purpose.

God's Calling
Today, Taylor is a successful tech and project management professional with over 20 certifications, a degree with honors, and a thriving career — but more importantly, she’s a woman fully redeemed by Christ.
The call on Taylor's heart has become stronger and clearer: Share her story, encourage others, and create something that points people to Jesus.
"You can go most of your life searching for happiness in success, physical things, money, ect. but you will find it is not as fulfilling as you thought it would be.
There has not been anything more fulfilling to my life thus far than growing in God and I cannot wait to see where he is taking me now."

Seth's Role
Seth, a devoted husband, father, and environmental engineer, shares Taylor’s passion for ministry. He brings a heart for sustainability to our product line, designing clean-burning, eco-friendly candles that reflect the beauty of God’s creation. He also helps craft content for men and brings balance and wisdom to both the business and the message.

Our Mission
Remind the world that you are not defined by your past.
You are redeemable. You are loved. And there is hope in Christ.
We aim to:
Encourage women to choose life — physically and spiritually.
Provide real stories of overcoming trauma and adversity through Jesus.
Create peaceful, meaningful products that help others experience God’s presence in their homes and hearts.
Foster a space for men and women alike to grow, heal, and pursue God.

Why Candles?
As a child growing up in hardship, Taylor remembers how a single candle could bring warmth, comfort, and hope in dark times. A simple flame lit in a small space gave her peace. Now, she wants to recreate that feeling for others.
Candles symbolize God's light in our darkness.
They can accompany prayer, devotion, and quiet moments with the Lord.
Each candle comes with a prayer card, book-mark or corresponding journal — inviting deeper reflection, healing, and time in God's presence.

Why Buried to Redeemed?
We created Buried and Redeemed as a platform to share stories of hope, healing, and redemption through our faith-based podcast and handcrafted candles.
The Podcast shares powerful testimonies — stories like Taylor’s and others who have experienced God’s redemptive grace through trauma, addiction, mental health struggles, and loss.
The Candles are more than just beautiful, natural, non-toxic creations. Each one carries a Bible verse reference (not quoted directly), encouraging people to open the Word for themselves and discover truth and light.

Why Discuss Addiction?
Even Taylor’s father, once addicted to meth, has become a believer and remains sober — a living reminder that no one is too far gone. Our lives are ongoing stories of grace, and we are here to share them boldly.
God can change you. He can heal, grow, and redeem you. Your past does not disqualify you — it prepares you. Give your life to Him, and watch what He can do.
